PE Cable Material from China: Reliable Suppliers & Factory for HDPE, MDPE, LDPE, and LLDPE Solutions

Polyethylene (PE) is a versatile compound widely used in various industries, primarily categorized into four types: High Density Polyethylene (HDPE), Medium Density Polyethylene (MDPE), Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE), and Linear Low Density Polyethylene (LLDPE). Our factory, located in China, is a leading supplier of high-quality polyethylene products. We are committed to providing durable and reliable materials for your production needs, ensuring that our clients receive the best solutions from trusted China suppliers.

    Product Feature

    1. HDPE HDPE is a kind of high crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin produced by ethylene copolymerization. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white, and it is translucent to a certain extent in the meager section. It has excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals, and it can resist the corrosion and dissolution of strong oxidants (concentrated nitric acid), acid and alkali salts and organic solvents (carbon tetrachloride). The polymer does not absorb moisture and has good water resistance to steam, which can be used for moisture and seepage protection.
    2. MDPE MDPE is characterized by environmental stress cracking resistance and long-term strength retention. The relative density of MDPE is 0.926-0.953, the crystallinity is 70%-80%, the average molecular weight is 200,000, the tensile strength is 8-24 mpa, the elongation at break is 50%-60%, the melting temperature is 126-135℃, and the melt flow rate is 0.1-35 g /10 minutes. Thermal deformation temperature (0.46 mpa) 49-74℃.
    3. LDPE Low density polyethylene is the lightest variety in polyethylene resin. Compared with high-density polyethylene, its crystallinity (55%-65%) and softening point (90-100 ℃) are lower. It has good softness, extensibility, transparency, cold resistance and processability. Its chemical stability is good, can withstand acid, alkali and salt aqueous solution; Good electrical insulation and gas permeability; Low water absorption; Easy to burn. The property is soft, with good extensibility, electrical insulation, chemical stability, processing performance and low temperature resistance (resistance to -70℃).
    4. LLDPE Compared with LDPE, LLDPE has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, strong rigidity, heat resistance, cold resistance, etc. LLDPE also has good environmental stress cracking resistance, tear resistance and other properties, and can resist acid, alkali, organic solvents and so on.
Note PE plastic particles are widely used and need to be customized according to customer requirements in different scenarios.

    Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)

What are the main characteristics of HDPE?

HDPE is a high crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin. It features excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals, does not absorb moisture, and has superior water resistance to steam, making it ideal for moisture and seepage protection.

How does MDPE perform under thermal stress?

MDPE has a melting temperature of 126-135℃ and a thermal deformation temperature of 49-74℃. It is highly characterized by its environmental stress cracking resistance and long-term strength retention.

What makes LDPE different from high-density polyethylene?

LDPE is the lightest variety in polyethylene resin. Compared to high-density polyethylene, its crystallinity (55%-65%) and softening point (90-100℃) are lower. It offers excellent softness, extensibility, transparency, and can withstand extreme cold down to -70℃.

    Why choose LLDPE over LDPE?

LLDPE provides significant advantages over LDPE, including higher strength, better toughness, stronger rigidity, and superior resistance to heat and cold. It also offers exceptional environmental stress cracking and tear resistance.

Can PE plastic particles be customized for specific applications?

Yes, PE plastic particles are widely used across various industries and can be fully customized according to specific customer requirements and application scenarios.
