So what kind of testing and inspection work will we do?
Let's take FTTH, FJXH, and FJYXCH as examples. After the production line is completed, we will conduct the following tests:
Measure whether the outer diameter is within ± 0.2 of the required range.
2. Check whether the printed logo is clear and correct;
3. Test whether the attenuation of the Optical Fiber Is within the requirements;
4. Check whether the fiber core is eccentric;
5. Test the pull-out force and tear force
6. Inspection and palletizing requirements ~
