High Quality PE Cable Material from China Suppliers - HDPE, MDPE, LDPE & LLDPE Factory
Product Feature
1. HDPE is a kind of high crystallinity, non-polar thermoplastic resin produced by ethylene copolymerization. The appearance of the original HDPE is milky white, and it is translucent to a certain extent in the meager section. It has excellent resistance to most domestic and industrial chemicals, and it can resist the corrosion and dissolution of strong oxidants (concentrated nitric acid), acid and alkali salts and organic solvents (carbon tetrachloride). The polymer does not absorb moisture and has good water resistance to steam, which can be used for moisture and seepage protection.
2. MDPE is characterized by environmental stress cracking resistance and long-term strength retention. The relative density of MDPE is 0.926-0.953, the crystallinity is 70%-80%, the average molecular weight is 200,000, the tensile strength is 8-24 mpa, the elongation at break is 50%-60%, the melting temperature is 126-135℃, and the melt flow rate is 0.1-35 g /10 minutes. Thermal deformation temperature (0.46 mpa) 49-74℃.
3. LDPE (Low Density Polyethylene) is the lightest variety in polyethylene resin. Compared with high-density polyethylene, its crystallinity (55%-65%) and softening point (90-100 ℃) are lower. It has good softness, extensibility, transparency, cold resistance and processability. Its chemical stability is good, can withstand acid, alkali and salt aqueous solution; Good electrical insulation and gas permeability; Low water absorption; Easy to burn. The property is soft, with good extensibility, electrical insulation, chemical stability, processing performance and low temperature resistance (resistance to -70℃).
4. LLDPE compared with LDPE, has the advantages of high strength, good toughness, strong rigidity, heat resistance, cold resistance, etc. LLDPE also has good environmental stress cracking resistance, tear resistance and other properties, and can resist acid, alkali, organic solvents and so on.

Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ)
What are the main characteristics of HDPE?
HDPE (High-Density Polyethylene) is a highly crystalline, non-polar thermoplastic resin. It offers excellent resistance to most industrial chemicals, strong oxidants, and organic solvents, along with outstanding moisture and seepage protection.
How does MDPE differ from other polyethylene types?
MDPE (Medium-Density Polyethylene) is specifically characterized by its excellent resistance to environmental stress cracking and long-term strength retention, featuring a density range of 0.926-0.953.
What are the key advantages of Low Density Polyethylene (LDPE)?
LDPE is the lightest variety of polyethylene resin. It provides exceptional softness, extensibility, transparency, and cold resistance (down to -70℃), making it highly processable with good electrical insulation.
Why choose LLDPE over standard LDPE?
Compared to LDPE, LLDPE offers superior mechanical properties including higher strength, better toughness, stronger rigidity, and enhanced resistance to heat, cold, and environmental stress cracking.
Are PE plastic materials safe and toxic-free?
Yes, all the listed polyethylene variations (HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE) are non-toxic, tasteless, and odorless, making them safe for a wide variety of domestic and industrial applications.
Can PE plastic particles be customized for specific uses?
Absolutely. PE plastic particles are highly versatile and widely used across different industries. They can be customized according to specific customer requirements and application scenarios.
