Product Introduction
Optical fiber filling gel adopts high viscosity GTL process oil, high molecular synthetic material and organic thickener as main base materials. They are combined to be non-silicon optical fiber filling gel by advanced production technique whose features are low density, excellent temperature performance, high thixotropic index, wide application, tiny acid value and hydrogen evolution value.
Type AC-E008 also has steadily temperature performance between -45°C to 80°C. According to various requirements of clients, the technical index of viscosity, penetration, thixotropic and etc. could be adjust in order to satisfy requirements of filling technique.

Filling gel is needed to be homogeneous, hydrogen absorption, and does not include any dust, metal particles, and other impurities. It should be no sight visible air bubbles, and the mold should be no nutrition. Filling gel should be non-toxic, no stimulation to the skin.
